Very nice modern apartment bungalow completely new in a beautiful residence in ground floor / with Internet fiber , swimming pool in front line of the sea. A private patio can be used to take your breakfast with sun. My accommodation is close to restaurants, beach, nightlife, public transport and family-friendly activities. My accommodation is perfect for couples, solo travelers, business travelers and families (with children).

The residence is quiet as is the apartment because it is like an independent bungalow with no neighbors to the left or right or above.

The apartment is right next to three super markets, one directly inside the building. Go down straight to the 1st floor to access beach (beach chairs and extra towels are provided at your convenience). Heads of hiking trails are right next to building. You get everything you need from food to rental car companies to nail&beauty stores, as well as spas and pool (with fee) on the complex. There are many restaurants (local European, Japanese & Chinese cuisines, Steakhouses, etc.) right inside the building, or within close walking distances. The restaurants in the building generally have gorgeous views of the beach and their foods are very reasonably priced. The smart Internet TV offers YouTube and Netflix at your fingertip and 1000+ satellite TV channels let you enjoy the entertainments all over the world.
Description of the neighborhood
Doñana Apartment is about 1 mile to Anfi and 1 mile to Arguineguin downtown, both within 15 min of walk. Anfi has the finest sand beach and lots of marine and water sports for you and your family to have fun. It also has many shops, pubs, restaurants, dessert & ice cream places (my favorites). Or you can simply dive into the water. Arguineguin downtown is the business districts where you can find banks, electronic & hardware stores, etc. There are many people from Northern Europe living in this area, which also makes English a widely used language besides Spanish. In fact, Norwegians seem to be very popular here.
How to get around the area
Bus 91 southbound from Las Palmas airport brings you directly in front of the apartment building with a 30min ride (4 stops to Patalavaca). If you prefer driving, there is onsite gated parking for free. Be sure to ask for the parking key when you check in. The Anfi resort is a 10min walk from this apartment. The Ferry at Anfi will bring you to other vibrant cities on the island, such as Morgan, Puerto Rico, Arguineguin, etc. The head of hiking trails are right at the roundabout next to the building. (Feel free to make use of the hiking poles in the storage closet on the balcony.) You can also walk to downtown Arguineguin on a nice footpath along the beach front. If you have an extra car, there is a free parking lot on the right hand side of route GC-500 if you are driving from north to the south (i.e. from LPA airport towards Puerto Rico), just before you reach the apartment building.
