Very nice modern apartment bungalow completely new in a beautiful residence in ground floor / with Internet fiber , swimming pool in front line of the sea. A private patio can be used to take your breakfast with sun. My accommodation is close to restaurants, beach, nightlife, public transport and family-friendly activities. My accommodation is perfect for couples, solo travelers, business travelers and families (with children).
The space
The residence being of a certain standing, we prefer the careful people who will respect the place.
The residence is quiet as is the apartment because it is like an independent bungalow with no neighbors to the left or right or above.
Guest access
Travelers will have access to the apartment, the small terrace which is sunny all morning and the pool. The property has direct access to the beach.

The Canary Islands are in the subtropical zone. That is why insects such as ants and cockroaches could occasionally sneak in, despite the fact that the entire complex is frequently fumigated. Don’t be scared, they are not dangerous. You have at your disposal an insecticide product under the sink, however do not hesitate to contact us if you need help to treat them. We will do our best to do all for your stay
